Olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400°F.
Cut radishes in fourths and place in a bowl.
Cover radishes in olive oil, hand squeezed lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Spread radishes evenly on a cookie sheet or glass container.
Put in oven for 20-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fork tender and starting to brown.
